King Roller is a five piece band originating from the heart of Kitchener-Waterloo. Established in late October, 2005, they have worked hard to create a sound that would catch every listeners' ear. With musical influences by old school country artists such as Johnny Cash, Merle Haggard, Willie Nelson and Waylon Jennings to the Alt-country styles of Gram Parsons, the southern styles of The Allman Brothers Band, The Marshall Tucker Band and the Charlie Daniels Band to the free spirited jams of The Grateful Dead and Phish. Along with the older styles, King Roller has also been influenced by many modern day outfits such as our good friends, Sam Roberts Band and Matt Mays & El Torpedo , Blue Rodeo, Corb Lund and The Road Hammers.

The five important bodies that create the King Roller sound are; Scott Goldie on lead and rhythm guitars and lead vocals; Joe Dunn on lead slide guitar and vocals; Kev-D on bass guitar and vocals; Chris Dietrich on the organ, keyboards, harmonica and vocals; and last but not least, Tom Dolinar on drums and vocals.
